فرص عمل لدى منظمة Akkarouna: مطلوب معلمين – مقدمي الرعاية (Educator – Caregivers)

• Design and implement psychosocial support programs and activities for children’s caregivers based on their developmental needs
• Plan and implement educational activities and programs based on the developmental needs of each child
• Conduct sensitization sessions and events for caregivers in a participatory and empowering manner, in line with Program standards and indicators
• Ensure that identification and safe referrals for at risk cases are conducted as per the program strategy and national guidelines with respect to confidentiality and informed consent
• Ensure the proper data collection procedures are followed and all relevant forms and formats used and handed over to the designated person
• Ensure the proper use of all material and venue
• Create lesson plans that support cognitive, social, and emotional development
• Provide individualized support to ensure the well-being and development
• Provide updates on children's progress, activities, and any concerns

In-house meetings

• Participate in a weekly meeting with the Senior Educator/Animator/Facilitator for an overall monitoring of the work plan
• Participate in a monthly coordination meeting with the Protection Manager

External meetings and Capacity Building

• Participate in all capacity-building trainings relevant to the Educator ToRs and ensure that proper feedback is provided internally and externally

Qualification

• At least 2 years of experience in similar position
• Good knowledge of interactive animation techniques
• Good knowledge of caregivers’ principles
• Good knowledge of Case Management procedures is a plus
• Good knowledge of the Lebanese context and of the relationship between host and refugee communities
• Good knowledge of national and international NGO’s, as well as caregivers working groups, task forces and another relevant committee.
• Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools, as well as data management
• Strong understanding of child development and psychosocial challenges faced by children
• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting the well-being of children
